- Registration & Payment Deadline is 15 October 2021.
- Entry to the Conference is strictly by registration only.
- Entry to a single talk on a complimentary basis is not allowed.
- Registrations will allow admission to all scientific sessions, poster sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and conference dinner as stated in the conference program.
- Registration does not include accommodation and transport.
- Conference badges can be collected at the registration table during registration.
- All registered participants are requested to display the conference badge visibly at all times during the conference for identification.
- Registration passes are not transferable.
- Registrations are strictly non-refundable for no-shows.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted to the conference secretariat by email, latest by 30 October 2021.
PAYMENT
- During registration you will be prompted for online payment either via a PayPal account or using a credit card (choose the link/button "Use Debit or Credit Card" or "Create Account" in case you don't have a PayPal account on the check-out page. On this page you can either create a PayPal account or use a credit card for making payment).
- In the event that your payment fails, please contact us.
- Payments will be debited to "Life Sciences Event Management Pte Ltd".
- After completing registration & online payment, you will receive a confirmation of your registration and payment from us and a receipt from Paypal.
- Please note that registrations are not confirmed until payment is received.
- For your records, please retain the confirmation email and the PayPal receipt.

The Organizers strongly encourage participants to submit abstracts for short oral or poster presentations. Abstracts will be selected based on scientific fit, excellence and novelty. Abstract submissions are free and will only be accepted electronically through the online registration form.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Deadline for Abstract Submission is 1 September 2021.
- Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author using the downloadable abstract template.
- Authors submitting abstracts are responsible for ensuring that all authors listed in the abstract have been notified of the submission.
- Please proofread your abstracts carefully prior to submission and do not submit the same abstract more than once. Revisions cannot be made after the abstract submission deadline.
- All abstracts received will be assessed by the Conference Organizers.
- Submitters of accepted abstracts will be notified of the acceptance for short oral presentation or poster presentation via email by 15 September 2021.
- All oral and poster presenters have to complete the registration and payment by the abstract submission deadline.
FORMAT OF ABSTRACT
- Please submit your abstracts as an attachment in Microsoft Word format (Font: Arial, Font size: 10). Only abstracts using the downloadable abstract template will be accepted.
- Your abstract should contain text only – please do not include images; images and illustrations should only be included in your poster.
- Ensure that all special characters, symbols and formatting are properly displayed.
- Abstract text must not exceed 250 words, excluding authors’ affiliations.
- Please include Abstract Title, Authors' Names and Affiliations in the following format:

INFORMATION FOR ORAL PRESENTERS
- Submitters of accepted abstracts will be notified of the acceptance for short oral presentation (5 minutes) via email by 15 September 2021.
- All oral presenters must complete the registration and payment by the abstract submission deadline.
- You will be informed of your oral presentation time slot via email.
- Please prepare an oral presentation of 5 minutes and bring your presentation slides in your USB thumb drive.
- Please test/upload your slides during the conference tea breaks/lunch prior to your oral presentation. There will be IT assistants in the theatrette to help you.
INFORMATION FOR POSTER PRESENTERS
- Submitters of accepted abstracts will be notified of the acceptance for poster presentation via email by 15 September 2021.
- All poster presenters must complete the registration and payment by the abstract submission deadline.
- You will be informed of your assigned poster session and poster board number.
- Please print and bring your poster.
- Your poster should include the abstract title and the authors’ names and affiliations.
- The recommended poster sizes are A1 size (594 mm x 841 mm) or AO Size (841 mm × 1189 mm).
- The poster board assigned to each poster presenter is 1200mm by 1200mm.
- The poster board number will be indicated at the upper corner of each board.
- The poster board is of felt finish.
- Please bring Velcro tape or pins to secure your poster on the board.
- Please put up your poster on the first day of the conference, 16 November.
- Posters must be displayed on the poster board for the entire duration of the conference.
- Please be present at your poster during your assigned poster session.
- Please take down your poster after the poster session on the last day of the conference, 19 November.
- The conference organizers will not be responsible for retaining posters that are not taken down by the end of the conference.
